Jordan focuses on real estate acquisitions at Landstar Holdings, specializing in off-market multifamily opportunities across the Chicago market. Over the past three years with the firm, he has built direct relationships with owners and developers that consistently bring deals to the table before they ever reach the open market.

Jordan's background in sales and acquisitions gives him a distinct advantage — he knows how to identify the right opportunities, structure transactions efficiently, and guide deals from first conversation to close. Beyond the numbers, Jordan brings a hands-on sensibility to everything he does — whether that's evaluating a property's potential or spending a weekend building vintage cars. He studied at the University of Denver and outside of work he can usually be found playing hockey, on the golf course, or spending time with family and friends.
