Isaac Jolcover

Isaac focuses on real estate acquisitions and brokerage at Landstar Holdings, where he specializes in sourcing off-market multifamily opportunities by building direct relationships with owners and developers across the United States. Over his 5+ years with the firm, he has closed more than $200 million in transactions — a track record built on trust, market expertise, and a commitment to acquiring directly from sellers before deals ever hit the open market.

His work spans both market-rate and affordable housing — including senior and family communities — giving him a well-rounded command of the multifamily investment landscape nationwide. Isaac is known for his straightforward, relationship-first approach — one that has consistently earned the trust of the owners and sellers he works with.

Prior to joining Landstar Holdings, Isaac gained foundational experience at one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in North America.

He holds a BA in Finance from the University of Iowa and is an active licensed real estate professional in the state of Illinois. Outside of work, Isaac enjoys playing golf, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
