Dan Plotnick, founding principal of Landstar Holdings, LLC, has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in multifamily investment, ownership, development, and management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in hundreds of multifamily transactions across the Chicago metropolitan area, surrounding suburbs, and Southern Wisconsin.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, Dan has extensive experience in both conventional and affordable housing, with decades of expertise in acquisitions, financing, asset management, and long-term property ownership. His practical approach and deep market knowledge have helped build and manage a diverse real estate portfolio over four decades.
